Unmotivated to workout, heres some motivation.

Procrastination expert should be a job title. Id be the top of the field and be making the most at it. That being said one of the biggest things people procrastinate with is Working out. Yikes even typing the words makes me cringe. One of the biggest problems with working out is right in the beginning of the word. No one likes to do work. Specially when it would be easier to just sit on the couch and binge a show on Netflix or Hulu. I have been the biggest advocate of this. You say maybe tomorrow is the day, or New years resolutions is a good time. Well life is short and maybes, and tomorrows get you no where. As the saying goes "Today is the first day of the rest of your life'. A phrase I am trying to truly use in my everyday life.  A problem people have with working out is they try to hard in the beginning, get burned out. They take a few days off to recover, and repeat the same mistake over. Eventually they are in so much pain from this they take more and more time

Back to the beginning of the Journey

For many years I've started blogs with the intention of becoming wildly famous and rich. This was sadly just a highly unrealistic dream as the motivation was never enough. Things have changed for me and I've come to the point where making a positive change to help people is my motivation. No matter how small, I want to make some difference in peoples life and help in anyway I can. This journey back into the blogging world is how I hope to do it. My obsession with being on my phone might finally come to good use. Im not the best writer and my skills have declined a bit, so bare with me. For all of you reading this and taking the time to visit, thank you. The apps on here will be ones I have used or currently am using. These make a difference for me and hopefully will for you too.
